Cuppa with Carley: The Video Series
"A series of casual chats with interesting people, doing interesting things. It really is that simple."
That's Grey Dog's new video series in a nutshell! Our outstanding CEO Carley Quigley will be chatting with various skilled guests over the next few months, getting into the fine details of the things they love and know best. Fuelled by coffee, always.
With one episode released every month, this series aims to offer viewers precious insights based on each speaker's area of expertise —and some witty banter along the way. Expect topics to range from the long-term value of hosting events to the beauty of data in marketing and the geeky debate around AI generated content.

Episode 5: Leadership insights from Aine Rogers that will fill your cup
(June 2026)
What’s the difference between a manager and a leader? To paraphrase Aine Rogers, anybody can be given the title of manager, but a leader is someone who inspires people.
Aine is the Managing Director of Small and Medium Enterprise for UKI at Cisco, and she recently joined Carley for a fantastic episode where the two longtime friends spoke openly and warmly about the personal, the professional and all the important bits in between.
From their thoughts on leadership, to why Aine might be too nosy for her own good, and how the right mentorship can unlock your personal superpowers, this episode is packed with practical advice, quotable phrases and genuinely inspiring ideas.

Episode 3: The Scoop from a LinkedIn Insider, with Tara Connon
(April 2026)
A digital marketing and brand specialist, Tara Connon has been at LinkedIn for over 6 years. She’s also a close friend of Carley’s —so it wasn’t a stretch to invite her to join our video series.
The chemistry between them makes for a fascinating episode where, amidst all the laughter, Carley and Tara discuss how brands are coming off-line to make their digital marketing work harder, the importance of cultivating a personal brand alongside a company brand, and why Tara loves founder-led content.
Plus, her tips for making the most of LinkedIn are particularly useful and easy to put into practice; and you’ll immediately want to hit ‘follow’ on all her great podcast and content recommendations.
PS: These two friends had so many interesting topics to discuss that we've opted for a tip-packed extended cut. You’ll want to make yourself a fresh cuppa and sit back (or pop in your earbuds and listen while you go about your day).
Episode 2: Events beyond the numbers, with Jay Donegan
(March 2026)
How do events create value for your brand? Is it an ROI matter and, if so, how do you measure it? Like Carley, we wish there was a magic calculator that gave us a clear answer. But we'll take the next best thing: Jay Donegan's expertise on how and why events provide value long after the room has cleared.
From content and thought leadership, to brand authority and commercial growth, Jay explains why well executed events are the gifts that keep on giving. Grab your cuppa and listen up!
