Grey Dog's 2025 in Review
What does a year at Grey Dog add up to? We’ve done the numbers and are happily impressed by the story they tell. It’s one of progress, connection and creativity!
It’s that time of year again... December rolls in and we all instinctively start reminiscing and sighing with an ‘ah, where has the time gone?’
There’s something to be said for looking back, though. Whether to set our sights higher for the coming year or to congratulate ourselves on our achievements of the current one, seeing our progress in perspective can be an interesting, fun experiment.
In that spirit, we've rounded up some of the key projects, most valuable takeaways and best team moments of 2025. Read on and find out what a year at Grey Dog is like!
Top (Grey) Dog Moments of 2025
A golden birthday: We started the year off right by celebrating Grey Dog's Golden Birthday. CEO Carley Quigley founded the agency 14 years ago, on January 14th. That milestone got us thinking about the most important lessons we’ve learned in the past 14 years, how far we’ve come and what lies ahead.

A growing pack: We welcomed 3 new members to the team in 2025. Mahir Mirza is our ace Head of Marketing, who in just a few months has got us all loving data and doing the crossword once a week. After the irreplaceable Jill left for her Australian adventure, Josh McIntyre joined the events team –and it feels like he has always been an essential cog in our events machine. Finally, Anaëlle Laouenan was another win for the marketing team; with her fabulous style and digital know-how, she truly keeps us on our toes.

An exciting nomination: It’s always nice to get some recognition for your efforts, so we were thrilled when we got shortlisted for the 2026 Event Impact Awards! Grey Dog is up for the Best Launch Event and Best Corporate Event Agency prizes. Winners will be announced in January; fingers crossed!
A new digital home: We launched our new website this year! We wanted a digital home that was fun, straightforward and efficient, like our agency. It also needed to showcase our services clearly and make it easy for brands to contact us – We think we got it just right!
A time for wellness: One of Grey Dog's workplace culture initiatives this year has been to give a wellness hour back each week to the team. The only conditions: it must be spent doing something for ourselves and, in return for logging our hour, a few words of wisdom have to be shared. We think it’s worth resharing some of our favourites here:

An inspiring new client: Strictly speaking, we’ve been working with KELLA since early 2024, but January 2025 marked the launch of their Executive Leadership Summit, which we helped plan, promote and execute. We partnered again for their second Summit in September, when we were able to see how the event had become an established date on the calendar. We particularly love working with KELLA because we believe in their mission of connecting women and boosting their leadership journeys.

A global year: Our events team has proven they can make the magic happen pretty much all over the world! We've run successful events everywhere from Miami, New York and Austin (a favourite destination) to London, Madrid, Milan, Frankfurt and Abu Dhabi. Can’t wait to see where 2026 will take us! A connection that lasts: Grey Dog’s founder and CEO was a finalist at this year’s EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women program, where she met another trailblazing Irish founder, Bellamianta’s Linda Stinson. Their initial connection quickly turned into a friendship, and then into a business relationship. Grey Dog helped launch Bellamianta’s Sunset Soirée Collection in Dublin – And it was quite the event!
A Fun Fact extravaganza: This has been one of the most engaging company initiatives of the year. Each Friday, a team member shares a few fun facts about themselves; that simple. What started as a short list of facts has become a deep dive into each team member's life (with visual assets included!): love stories, travel adventures, unexpected hobbies, embarrassing pictures, family life, random anecdotes –we’ve shared it all, and we are loving it.
An #agencytok: We confess, our copy and content specialist did not have a TikTok account until 2025. She is currently stuck in a scrolling spiral as part of her mission to come up with the catchiest captions for Grey Dog’s account. We still have a way to go, but one of the year’s goals was to ramp up our TikTok posting – Check out our efforts here.
A final note: We’ve been running the numbers, and we are not too shy to admit we are impressed with Grey Dog’s work this year! We have executed 35 events across 9 countries, recruited over 600 speakers, run 46 paid campaigns, and sent close to 400 direct marketing emails in 2025.

Moreover, we are excited to take on any challenges the new year brings – whether it’s for events, marketing or branding (or a little of each), Grey Dog is always ready to collaborate with bold, ambitious clients who want to grow and innovate together.
